1. Molecular diagnostic services - Quattromed offers in-house PCR diagnostic services for detection and subtyping of pathogenic microorganisms: Chlamydia trachomatis; Neisseria gonorrhoeae; Mycoplasma hominis; Mycoplasma genitalium; Ureaplasma urealyticum; Ureaplasma parvum; Human papillomavirus; Herpes Simplex virus; Mycoplasma pneumoniae; Chlamydia pneumoniae; Varicella zoster virus; Borrelia burgdorferi; Mycobacterium tuberculosis; Enteroviruses; Hepatitis C virus; Hepatitis B virus. Quattromed has 70% of Estonian market share.
2. Tools for functional genomics and functional proteomics - Quattromed has patented E2Tag-technology for labeling, detection and purification of proteins. Quattromed offers cloning and expression vectors, antibodies and molecular tool kits for protein studies, including the tools and kits for studying DNA-protein, RNA-protein and protein-protein interactions. Quattromed provides these products to the end users (scientists) directly and/or through European distribution network. Quattromed products are included into the catalogs and provided worldwide by Fermentas (Lithuania) and Abcam (Great Britain). E2Tag technology is an excellent basement to develop High Throughput Screening Systems.
3. Services - Quattromed offers the following services: gene cloning, gene expression studies, protein expression studies, protein expression and purification, development of poly- and monoclonal antibodies, construction of recombinant Baculoviruses for protein production, construction of recombinant Adenoviruses and recombinant Semliki Forest Viruses as gene transfer vechicles, development of stable cell lines expressing the gene of interest.
