From the end 50 years till the present time will be spent researches in the field of influence of electromagnetic irradiations of millimeter diapason (EMIMD) of low power on various objects of a nature and engineering. The influence is made by generators EMIMD with accuracy on frequency from 1 % up to 0,01 %. However, the specified accuracy of frequency of the generator EMIMD does not provide a correctness of realization of experiments and in practice the researchers in the given area collide with the following problems:
* Bad reproducibility of results of experiments;
* Impossibility of an explanation of observable effects;
* Absence system analysis in study of influence EMIMD.
The basic purpose of the given work is the development of the requirements to the generator EMIMD (biolaser) providing:
* Accuracy of frequency EMIMD up to 8-th mark;
* Width of a spectral line is comparable to accuracy of frequency;
* Range EMIMD from 0,5 mm up to 10mm;
* Capacity EMIMD no more than 0,1 mkrW.
The expected results are supposed to be estimated from the point of view of absolute world novelty.
The diagram of works including drawing up of the technical project, realization of research works, realization of skilled - design works, tests, the designing of the working technological documentation makes 1,2-1,5 years.
The budget of the project makes 350 - 400 thousand USD.
