Influence of pyrimidines Biginelli on production of reactive oxygen species of phagocytes in norm and pathology

A purposeful synthesis of pyrimidines Biginelli (PB) was carried out. It was shown various influence of PB on production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) of phagocytes having different functional states. Therefore, these substances can be used to diagnostics of tumor growth and therapy.
